'CARMEN' Beneteau 361 Oceanis

CARMEN is a luxurious 8 berth, 36 foot Beneteau 361 Oceanis Yacht. Launched in 2003, she is a strong French built vessel, rated Cat 2 (60 miles from safe-haven, 120 mile range) and fitted with all the latest safety gear to meet the latest legislations.

Sleeps 8 in 4 cabins, Cooker/oven, Fridge, Hot & Cold pressurised water system, Large head/shower, 240v Shore-power, Radio/CD player with outside speakers and fitted with teak decks for your comfort.

 

RIG

Full batten main sail with ball baring cars, Furling Genoa & Inner fore stay for Storm jib. All control lines lead aft to Cockpit via clutches, Lewmar up-graded self-tailing winches.

 

Navigation Equipment

SIMRAD GMDSS VHF with external speaker, Raymarine wind speed & direction, Speed, log & depth, Furuno GP 1650 colour plotter/GPS & Raymarine ST6001 hydraulic auto-pilot. (wheel steering)

 

Safety Equipment

'Carmen' has been fitted-out and inspected to meet the Dept of Transport Safety & Charter standards, she carries an 8-man life-raft, 10 life jackets (self inflating), life lines, flares, extra VHF set, 2 first aid kits and many more safety related items.

 

Engine

The engine is a Volvo MD 2030 (29bhp) 3-cylinder Diesel, all controls are at the wheel and the prop fitted with rope-cutter.
